PC Tasers girl, 10, when she wields garden shears

A police officer has been cleared of gross misconduct after he fired a Taser at a girl.

PC Jonathan Broadhead fired his Taser at the 10-year-old twice within "approximately eight seconds" of entering her home.

The Independent Office of Police Conduct (IOPC) has released bodycam footage of the incident.

The girl's family have given their permission for this material to be released to the media for broadcast.
