Crouch End: 'Unsung hero' awarded for helping disabled swimmers

A woman who gives up her time to help make a difference to the lives of people with disabilities has been surprised with a BBC Unsung Hero award.

Megan Allen has led community disability swimming at WeSwim Crouch End in north London for two years.
