Vinted: Customers and sellers upset over parcels mix-up

People using the online second-hand retailer Vinted have been left without their parcels or have been delivered the wrong one after a mix up at a logistics company.

InPost UK, which stores parcels for couriers before they are collected and distributed has now apologised for the mix-up, but it has left both sellers and buyers upset with a Facebook group being set up to reunite users with the correct parcels.
