Dagenham stabbing: Murder charge over death of Haseeb Bhatti

A man has been charged with murder a week after two other men were found with stab wounds in east London.

Police were called to Rothwell Gardens in Dagenham where a 50-year-old was hurt, before officers discovered Haseeb Bhatti, 23, who was fatally injured.

Mr Bhatti died at the scene and the older man's condition was not critical.

Frankie Burleton, 24, from Dagenham, was charged with murder and GBH with intent. He is due at the Old Bailey on 30 April.
