Teenager charged with man's murder in Bolton

A youth of 17 has been charged with the murder of a man who was found with head injuries in a Bolton street.
Simon Mitchell was found collapsed in Victoria Square at about 21:00 BST on Friday.
The 43-year-old, of Hunger Hill, was later pronounced dead in hospital.
The teenager, who cannot be named, is due before magistrates in Bolton on Tuesday. In a statement, Mr Mitchell's family described him as a "well loved, outgoing person".
"He was a loving brother, son and devoted uncle. Simon would always try to make people laugh and go out of his way to make people happy."
They added: "He had a heart of gold, he will be deeply missed by all his family and all who knew him."
