In Pictures: 'True colours' of football fans on show at museum

Photographer Stuart Clarke has recorded some of the most crucial moments of the 2012/2013 football season from a fan's perspective in a new exhibition at the National Football Museum in Manchester. Pictured is a group of Leeds United fans on their way to Elland Road.
The "True Colours" exhibition includes this joyous image of FC United of Manchester fans. The team narrowly missed out on promotion to the Conference North last season.
Cardiff City fans were captured celebrating as their team secured their place in the Premier League for the 2013/2014 season.
The gallery includes some of the odder moments in football, including the moment a chicken was released at Ewood Park in March.
No other club encapsulated the ups and downs of a football fan better than Wigan Athletic last season - they won the FA Cup and were then relegated from the Premier League.
Stuart Clarke said he wanted to "get across that feeling of first love - to show the raw affection and undying loyalty to clubs who put us through the shredder".
Manchester United fans celebrated their team taking back the Premier League trophy from rivals Manchester City by filling the city's streets for a parade. The exhibition runs at the museum until 31 December.
