Bolton bakery helps ex-offenders prepare for work

A reformed criminal has set up a bakery to help ex-offenders secure work.

Lee Wakeham, 45, created H.M.Pasties in Bolton and works with a team of ex-offenders over the course of a year to prepare them with skills for the workplace.

The 45-year-old said he wanted to "do something" to help those who had been through similar experiences.
