Kimberley McAssey was described as a "loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, auntie, niece, friend and colleague".
A woman found dead at a flat in Greater Manchester was a "loving mother", her family have said.
The body of Kimberley McAssey, 29, was discovered in Sherbourne Court in Prestwich, Bury, at about 12:25 GMT on Sunday.
Her family said "she was the life and soul of the party" and "there was never a dull moment with her around."
A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of her murder and remains in custody for questioning.
Paying tribute, the victim's family said she was a "loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, auntie, niece, friend and colleague".
They added that Kimberley "loved going out for walks and jogging with friends".
GMP have appealed for information over her death.
