'Undercooked meat' sees Manchester United lose five star food rating

Manchester United's food hygiene rating has been downgraded from five stars to one after an inspection by The Food Standards Agency (FSA).
The club was inspected by Trafford Council on 23 November following complaints about food served at an event.
FSA said major improvement was needed in the management of food safety.
A statement from the club said the point of failure had been identified and addressed.
The club told food inspectors following a thorough investigation, it had confirmed a "small amount of undercooked meat was inadvertently served during a non match day event".
It added: "This was an isolated issue and the immediate failures were quickly addressed.
"MUFC has taken this incident very seriously and wants to reassure our valued fans and customers that we maintain the highest culinary standards."
The club told council officials it took immediate action to address the failures.
It said staff were given additional training on food safety requirements, kitchen procedures were reviewed and an external audit of all kitchens was commissioned.
A public statement by the club said: "Everyone is determined to regain our 5-star food hygiene status as quickly as possible.
"To support that objective, we are conducting an independent food audit to identify any further opportunities for improvement."
FSA said the cleanliness and condition, external of facilities and the building at Old Trafford were rated as good but improvement was necessary in the area of hygienic food handling.
