Hundreds turn out in Salford for Joe Wicks 5k
It is the start of a new year and a time when many people make a promise to themselves to improve their fitness.
Hundreds of people in Salford had a helping hand by none other than Joe Wicks, The Body Coach.
He became a national hero as he livestreamed PE lessons every morning to hundreds of thousands of Brits in the first Covid lockdown.
Wicks invited people of all ages to take part in a 5k run, jog or walk starting at MediaCity earlier.
