Ten people were exposed to an "unknown substance" after a suspicious item was found at a police station.
North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) sent a Hazardous Area Response Team to Longsight police station in Grindlow Street, Manchester, at 11:30 GMT.
Paramedics assessed 10 people at the scene but they did not need further treatment, NWAS said.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said the suspicious item "was assessed and no risk has been identified".
