Alisha Apostoloff-Boyarin: Man charged with murdering missing woman

Alisha Apostoloff-Boyarin's family reported her missing in February 2022

A man has been charged with murdering a 24-year-old woman who disappeared from her home two years ago.

Alisha Apostoloff-Boyarin, from Ashton-under-Lyne, Tameside, was reported missing by her family on 2 February 2022.

Her body has never been found.

David Alex Taylor, 61, of Oak Avenue, Willington in County Durham, has appeared at Manchester Crown Court charged with Ms Apostoloff-Boyarin's murder.

He will next appear in court on 8 May.

He was first arrested on suspicion of murder in March 2022 but was bailed until further inquiries were carried out.
