A £20,000 reward is being offered by police who want to speak to a man over the death of a teenager 10 years ago.
Sixteen-year-old Liam Kelly was fatally shot in Grafton Street, Dingle, Merseyside in the early hours of 19 June 2004.
Police want to speak to Kevin Thomas Parle, also known as Joseph Kenneth Parle, 34, from Liverpool, in connection with Liam's murder.
Three other people have been convicted for the murder and jailed, police said.
Officers believe the teenager was approached by two men from different directions, both armed with guns.
He tried to run away and was shot in the chest and arm as he tried to get into a house.
He died at the scene from the injury to his chest.
'Immense anguish'

Police said the reward was offered for information leading to the arrest of Kevin Parle.
He is described as white, 6ft 5ins (1.9m) tall of broad build with ginger hair, blue eyes and a small scar on the left side of his head.
He is known to have links to the Torrevieja area of Spain's Costa Blanca.
Det Ch Insp Paul Hesketh said: "Liam's family have suffered greatly in the past 10 years.
"His mother Mary in particular has suffered immense anguish in losing her son in such a violent and premature way.
"In the past decade, loyalties may have changed. People may have left their criminal lifestyle behind, turned a corner, started a family, matured.
"Liam Kelly was denied that opportunity. If you know where Kevin Parle is, do the right thing - call us".
