A second man has been charged with the murder of a teenager who was shot dead in a Liverpool street.

Vincent Waddington, 18, was found with serious gunshot wounds after a crash between a car and a scrambler bike in Banks Road, Garston, on 14 July.

Luke Kendrick, 25, of Wharfdale Road, Garston, has also been charged with attempted wounding.

He has been remanded to appear before Liverpool and Knowsley Magistrates' Court on Friday, police said.

Ryan Bate, 23, has also been charged with murder and attempted wounding and is due before Liverpool Crown Court for a plea hearing on 12 February.
