Multi-million pound plans that could bring 2,500 jobs to an area of north Liverpool have been unveiled.
The "Ten Streets" area, off Regent Road, has been earmarked as a new hub for creative and technological firms.
The plans for the district, which contains a mix of historic dock warehousing and industrial buildings, also includes a new performance venue with a revolving auditorium.
It would also include new squares and public spaces over the 125-acre area.
The city's mayor, Joe Anderson, said the scheme is "an opportunity to redefine Liverpool's future".
Liverpool City Council said the proposed regeneration could create an estimated 2,500 new jobs over the next decade.
The plans will now go out to a month-long public consultation.
