A second person has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a woman suffered fatal stab wounds in Merseyside.

Glenda Jackson, 44, was found at Grayson Mews on John Street in Birkenhead at about 07:55 BST on Sunday and died at the scene.

Men aged 30 and 32 were arrested on Sunday and are being held on suspicion of murder.

A post-mortem examination revealed Ms Jackson died from stab wounds.
