Cheshire man's body found 10 years after he went missing in Wales

The body of a man from Cheshire who went missing over 10 years ago has been found in woodland in Wales.

Anthony Lewis, 64, from Ellesmere Port, was reported missing on 5 July 2012 and his car was found in Snowdonia a week later.

A member of the public found human remains in woodland near the village of Dolgarrog on 25 September.

The opening of an inquest heard the provisional cause of death was asphyxia due to inhalation of helium.

Kate Robertson, assistant coroner for North Wales East and Central, adjourned the inquest to a date to be fixed.
