Jacob Graham pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him

A man has denied preparing acts of terrorism allegedly involving homemade firearms, explosives and a "manifesto".

Jacob Graham, 19, is accused of buying items and getting instructions to make lethal firearms and ammunition between 1 May 2022 and 16 May 2023.

The former university student is alleged to have acquired and hidden materials to make explosive substances.

Mr Graham faces a four-week trial at Manchester Crown Court from 17 January 2024r.

The court heard a second charge of preparing acts of terrorism alleges that he intended to assist another with the construction of a document entitled "Freedom Encyclopedia".

Four more charges relate to the possession of terrorist documents on subjects such as training a "militia unit", "100 deadly skills", and homemade ammunition.

He is accused of two further charges of dissemination of a terrorist publication on 25 January and 22 March.

Mr Graham, from Outer Forum in Norris Green, Liverpool, appeared by video link for the hearing at the Old Bailey in London and pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him.
