Merseyside Police officers injured as car flips over on M62

The officers were taken to hospital as a precaution, police said
Two police officers were taken to hospital after a patrol car hit a barrier and flipped over on the M62.
Merseyside Police said the car collided with the barrier on the motorway westbound near junction 5 for Roby, just before 15:00 GMT on Tuesday.
No other vehicles were involved. Two officers sustained slight injuries and were taken to hospital as a precaution.
Police said the road was closed while emergency services were at the scene but later reopened.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have dashcam footage, is asked to contact police.
