Six people were taken to hospital after a suspected carbon monoxide leak.

Emergency services were called to the home on Cedar Grove in Toxteth, Liverpool, at 18:35 GMT on Monday.

Six people - believed to be a family - were treated in hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, Merseyside Police said.

The force said it was believed the leak only affected one property and emergency services remained at the scene.
