Roadworks to finish Norwich one-way system delayed

The completion of a new £3.3m one-way system in Norwich has been delayed by bad weather.
The work on St Augustine's gyratory system - a key road in and out of Norwich - is now unlikely to be finished until January.
But the remaining works would have little effect on traffic, Norfolk County Council said.
A council spokesman blamed persistent cold weather for the delay and said work would resume in January.
Work still to be finished includes the completion of traffic lights at the junction of Pitt Street with the new link road (New Botolph Street) and at the junction of Magpie Road with Esdelle Street.
