Happisburgh lifeboat was called into action to aid another local lifeboat
A Norfolk lifeboat was launched to rescue another lifeboat after it hit an object in water, injuring a crewman.
Sea Palling's independent lifeboat was on an exercise when a collision damaged the boat's engine near Happisburgh.
Happisburgh's RNLI launched soon after the incident at 21:30 BST on Monday to find the boat had made it safely ashore onto a nearby beach.
A crew member, who suffered an arm injury, was taken to hospital by ambulance but later released.
