Corby David Ross death: Arrest over house burglary

A man has been arrested over a burglary at the home of a nightclub manager who was later found dead at a hotel in Northamptonshire.

David Ross's home in Chelveston Drive, Corby, was broken into overnight on 14 December.

The 39-year-old's body was found at the Village Express Hotel in the town on 17 December.

Police said a 22-year-old man from the Corby area was arrested on Friday on suspicion of burglary.

He is being questioned by officers investigating the burglary and the murder.

Mr Ross, who was well known in Corby and ran the Rubix club in the town, had suffered head injuries.
