CCTV footage of two cars that could prove "vital" to solving the murder of a Northampton man has been released.
David Brickwood, 74, was stabbed five times in his Abington home on 26 September. He then suffered a heart attack and died later in hospital.
During a reconstruction shown on BBC One's Crimewatch programme on Monday, new images of two Ford Focus cars and several possible witnesses were shown.
Police said a "good response" to the appeal had led to "a number of leads".

Before the attack, a number of men broke into Mr Brickwood's Lindsay Avenue home in the early hours of the morning by removing a pane of glass from a window.
They then attacked Mr Brickwood leaving him with multiple stab wounds to the head, leg and hand.
The offenders would have been "covered in blood", police said.
Police said Mr Brickwood, a scrap metal dealer, was known to keep money in his house.
Although they have not confirmed whether any was taken during the break-in, they have appealed for "anyone [who has] come into contact with a large amount of old style £20 and £50 notes" to come forward.
Crimestoppers has offered a £10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
