Two arrests after cannabis find in Nottingham

Police seized cannabis plants and growing equipment from the house

Two men have been arrested after cannabis plants and growing equipment were found at a house in Nottingham.

Officers discovered the drugs, worth more than £200,000, in The Crescent, Mapperley Park, after a tip-off from the public.

The two men, aged 32 and 45 and from Sherwood, were arrested at the scene on suspicion of cultivating cannabis.

They have both been released on bail pending further inquiries.
