Adam Johnson died in hospital on 28 October after he was injured during a game
A man who was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter over the death of ice hockey player Adam Johnson has been re-bailed.
The Nottingham Panthers player's neck was injured by a skate during a collision with Sheffield Steelers' Matt Petgrave on 28 October.
The 29-year-old was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
South Yorkshire Police said the man, who was arrested in November, had been re-bailed until 25 April.
The force added: "Our investigation is ongoing and our thoughts remain with Adam's family at this time."
Nottingham Panthers have previously described Johnson's death as a "freak accident".
An inquest was suspended on 26 January due to the continuing investigation.
