Thousands set to take part in Nottingham procession

More than 3,000 people are expected to take part in a procession through Nottingham as part of a Sikh festival.
Vaisakhi, which commemorates the founding of the Sikh community, known as Khalsa, in 1699, has been a fixture in the city for decades.
Four gurdwaras will be visited during Sunday's procession, which is known as Nagar Kirtan and starts from 10:00 BST.
Some local transport services are being redirected while festivities take place.
Previous celebrations have involved a parade, sword-fighting displays and meditation.
Organiser Gurjeet Singh said he and his team take great pride in organising the event for Sikhs across the region.
"Every year it's just getting bigger and bigger," he said.
"It's a real honour to organise, and it can be stressful at times, but we're doing our best."
