- Published
An entire Cotswold village has gone on the market with a price tag of £18m.
The hamlet of Little Rollright, near Chipping Norton, includes a manor house, rectory, five cottages, barns and more than 500 acres of land.
The only thing not thrown in is the Grade II*-listed church of St Philip in the centre of the village.
Once owned by Oxford University's Lincoln College, Little Rollright was bought by its present owner about 10 years ago.
The property description gives details of the Grade II-listed manor house containing a cinema, wine cellar, stable and a lift.
There is also a heated swimming pool and a gym on site.
Agent Giles Lawton, of Savills, said: "The plusses of Little Rollright speak for themselves - its a wonderful place in a great area.
"The attention to detail on the renovations, carried out over the years, is second to none. We've had good enquiries."
