Oxford stabbing: Second man charged with murder

A second man has been charged with murder following a fatal stabbing in Oxford.
Tobias Bruce, 32, from the city, was found with multiple stab wounds and died in hospital three days later.
George Stephens, aged 27, of no fixed address, is charged with murdering Mr Bruce and wounding another man.
Both offences are alleged to have occurred in College Lane, Littlemore, on 25 February.
He is due to appear before Oxford magistrates on Saturday.
Previously, Ryan Byrne, 34, of Hathaway Green Lane, Stratford-upon-Avon, was charged with murder and two counts of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm with intent.
