A warrant has been issued for a man police want to arrest on suspicion of killing a "doting father".

Tobias Bruce, 32, suffered multiple stab wounds in Littlemore, Oxford, on 25 February. Another injured man, 28, was taken to hospital but discharged.

A warrant for the arrest of Theodore Mullings-Fairweather, 34, from Birmingham, was granted by magistrates on 22 April, court documents show.

Two other men have previously been charged with Mr Bruce's murder.

A Thames Valley Police spokesperson confirmed on Wednesday the warrant for Mr Mullings-Fairweather was still active and enquiries were ongoing.
