All flood barriers coming down in Ironbridge

All the remaining flood barriers in Ironbridge are being taken down.
The Wharfage, a main road giving access to shops and other businesses, would also be reopened to traffic, a Telford and Wrekin Council spokesman said.
Flood defences between Dale End and New Road in the Shropshire town were dismantled on Tuesday.
A flood warning that had been in force for Ironbridge has now been removed, with river levels falling, the Environment Agency said.
In Shrewsbury, St Julian's car park has reopened after a "big clean and sweep" on Wednesday morning, Shropshire Council said.
Frankwell Main car park was also reopened on Wednesday but Frankwell Riverside remains closed.
