Storm Arwen: Some homes remain without power

A number of homes on the Welsh border remain without power following Storm Arwen, SP Energy Networks has said.
Hundreds of isolated businesses and homes near Oswestry in Shropshire were cut off after the storm.
The company could not say how many homes were affected in the area, but aimed to have them restored by midnight on Wednesday.
In statement, it said the storm had "caused some of the worst damage we have seen on our network in decades".
The company said it had returned power to over 167,000 customers in England, Wales and Scotland and most of the remaining properties were in the Scottish borders, and in Dumfries and Galloway and Lothians.
It added it expected to have electricity supplies for the "final handful of impacted customers" in the area restored later on Wednesday.
SP Energy Networks also said it had taken more than 122,300 calls in the three days after the storm hit, the equivalent of two normal months.
