Dylan Cecil sea fall death: Inquest told he drowned

Four-year-old Dylan Cecil drowned after slipping from a jetty at Burnham-on-Sea, a coroner has said.
The young boy, who was on holiday with his family, disappeared under the water on 19 August and his body was found four days later.
His parents Rachel McCollum and Darren Cecil, from Kettering, were unable to save him after jumping in the water themselves.
An inquest has been opened and adjourned until a later date.
'Grief is shared'
Coroner Michael Rose said a post-mortem examination showed Dylan had drowned.
"There can be nothing more harrowing for any parent than to witness the death of a child," he added.
"But I hope his parents will take comfort from the fact that their grief is shared by all in the county, especially those in Burnham-on-Sea and all the emergency services."
No members of Dylan's family were present at the short hearing in Taunton.
On Sunday, more than 400 people attended a memorial service at St Andrew's Church in Burnham.
