Doncaster's Moorland prison starts £1m riot repairs

Work is due to start on a £1m project to repair Moorland prison six months after riots closed down several wings.
Parts of the Doncaster jail were damaged and burnt during three days of rioting in November.
An investigation into how it happened is being conducted by South Yorkshire Police.
It is hoped the jail, which is currently housing 476 inmates, will be back to full capacity of 791 by September.
A Prison Service investigation into the riots has been completed but not released to the public.
Rioting risk
Det Insp Dave Mayfield said the police investigation had been hampered by having to track down about 300 prisoners that were moved to other jails across the country.
Prison governor Rob Kellett said there was "always a risk" rioting could happen again.
He said: "We're about risk minimisation. I'm not saying it can never happen again, plainly we do everything to stop that, but there's always a risk that you can never factor out."
