A woman has denied killing a South Yorkshire man who disappeared nearly five years ago.

Thomas Groome was last seen on New Year's Day 2010 in Thorne, Doncaster. He was reported missing and police launched a murder inquiry in 2012.

June Buttle, 56, of Concord Way, Doncaster, appeared at Sheffield Crown Court charged with murdering Mr Groome.

Mrs Buttle pleaded not guilty and was remanded in custody to appear at the same court on 9 February.
