Thirty firefighters tacked the fire at Amazon in Rugeley
Two people have been arrested after a fire at one of Amazon's main UK distribution centres, police have confirmed.
The fire spread through the 700,000 sq ft depot in Rugeley at 02:15 GMT on Sunday, Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service said.
An Amazon spokesman said up to 1,000 workers were evacuated from the building, but none was injured.

A spokesman said a 19-year-old from Birmingham was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life, and bailed until February next year.
A 21-year-old from Wednesbury arrested on Monday remains in custody.
An Amazon spokesman said the company can have up to 1,000 staff in the building at any one time.
He added some would not have been able to work on Monday but the company was working on fully reopening the centre again.
He said the company's other UK distribution centres would be able to cover orders for products kept at the warehouse.
