Tamworth girl, 11, 'excited' over first running blade

A girl who had her left leg amputated after being diagnosed with cancer has been fitted for her first sports blade leg.

Amelia Eldred, 11, from Tamworth, Staffordshire, has always loved sport and her mother Michelle said the blade was a "dream come true".

She said it would allow her daughter to run and give her better mobility in certain situations.
