Lowestoft boat capsize: Peter Chambers' drowning confirmed

A man who died off the coast of Lowestoft, when a speedboat capsized, drowned, a post-mortem examination confirmed.
Peter Chambers, 43, of Wellesley Road in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, died on 10 March after being found in the water.
He is believed to have originally been from East Yorkshire and police are still trying to trace his family.
Two men named locally as Andrew Porter and Malcolm Sayer, also thought to have been on the boat, are still missing.
The speedboat left Great Yarmouth harbour and was discovered later that day overturned off Ness Point.
Attempts were made to revive Mr Chambers, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Further toxicology tests are expected to take place on Mr Chambers, Suffolk Police said.
