Video shows progress of Lowestoft's third river crossing

Aerial footage showed the arrival and installation of a major section of a town's long-awaited water crossing.

The southern approach viaduct was lifted into place at Gull Wing bridge in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

One of the world's largest crawler cranes was used to move the steelwork during April and May 2023.

The £145m bridge project, partly funded by the Department for Transport, is due for completion by December.
