Hadleigh United Football Club raises money for Jordan Patrick

A Suffolk football club is appealing for donations to help a "genuine and popular" member of its squad who suffered a brain injury in a fall.
Hadleigh United midfielder Jordan Patrick, 32, has been left unable to work as a result of the incident.
The club's manager, Steve Holder, has called on the "football community" to raise money for Mr Patrick's family.
He said: "When you get incidents like this, you look back and think there's more to life than just football."
Mr Patrick, 32, played more than 50 games for Cambridge United in the National League between 2009 and 2012 and counts Needham Market and St Ives Town among his other previous clubs.
A fundraiser organised by Hadleigh United - who play in the Eastern Counties League Premier Division - has so far raised more than £340.
Mr Holder said Mr Patrick, who has a young family and is self-employed, had been left "unable to work or play football" after suffering a "bleed on the brain" as a result of "a fall" earlier this month.
He said the player required hospital treatment and was now at home continuing his recovery.
