A decision on plans to turn the top floors of a shopping centre into flats has been delayed.

The owners of Sailmakers in Ipswich town centre applied to convert the first and second levels of the shopping centre into 26 new homes.

If approved, 14 one-bed, six two-bed, and six studio flats would be created across both floors.

However, Ipswich Borough Council's planning committee decided to delay its decision to allow for a site visit.
