Heroin batch in Guildford area linked to illness

A batch of heroin in circulation in the Guildford area is believed to have led to several people receiving hospital treatment, Surrey Police have said.
Officers have arrested one person in connection with the inquiry following a raid at a property in Guildford.
Officers said the main symptom caused by the substance was extreme drowsiness and anyone who felt they may have been affected should contact their hospital.
Anyone with information should contact Surrey Police or Crimestoppers.
