A second teenager has been arrested by police investigating the deaths of 14 lambs in Surrey after a car was driven into a field.

The incident took place at a farm in Bramley, near Guildford, overnight between 17 and 18 January, Surrey Police said.

A 19-year-old man, of no fixed address, has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage.

He has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

A police spokesperson said he was also arrested on suspicion of a second count of criminal damage, two counts of common assault and arson in relation to separate incidents.

The final alleged offence is in connection with a large fire that started in a barn at Tower Hill Farm in Gomshall on 13 January.
