A city centre road has reopened after a teenage boy was stabbed to death in Brighton.
Mustafa Momand, 17, was attacked in Queens Road on Thursday afternoon and later pronounced dead in hospital.
Following extensive police searches in the area, a 16-year-old-boy was arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.
Det Supt Andy Wolstenholme said: "We understand the community will be shocked and alarmed."
On Saturday, Queens Road reopened to traffic, a Sussex Police spokeswoman said.
"There are no other updates at this time," she added.
Det Supt Wolstenholme said officers had already spoken with many witnesses, but officers wanted to hear from anyone who saw a man dressed in black leaving the area.
