Joseph Eubank charged with rape near Brighton pier

A man has been charged with raping a girl near Brighton Pier in East Sussex.
The alleged incident happened on the evening of 16 July close to the seaside attraction, Sussex Police said.
Joseph Eubank, 27, of Hill Drive, Hove, was arrested and later charged with two counts of rape, a force spokesperson said.
Mr Eubank has been released on conditional police bail and he will appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court on 11 January.
