A man has been charged after a Boxing Day hunt parade that took place in Lewes.
Sussex Police said Cainin Woodhead, 53, from Burgess Hill, was accused of using threatening behaviour with intent to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence after the parade on Tuesday.
The force said seven people were arrested following reports of affray at the event and five released.
A 49-year-old man was given a community resolution, police said.
Two women aged 24 and 26 and three men aged 35, 38 and 52 were released without further action, officers said.
Police said Mr Woodhead, of The Saffrons, is due to appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court in February.
