A 24-year-old man who died in a crash on the A27 in East Sussex has been named by police.

Dante Murphy, from Seaford, was declared dead at the scene after Tuesday's early morning crash.

Emergency teams were called to the single-vehicle collision, involving a grey BMW 320i, between Falmer and Lewes, at about 03:00 GMT.

The road was closed in both directions for several hours for investigators to carry out forensic examinations.
