Jordan Taylor died as a result of his injuries in the car park of Trowbridge Community Hospital in the early hours of Sunday
A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Wiltshire.
Jordan Taylor, 25, from Hilperton, died from stab wounds after he and a friend were attacked in Trowbridge on Sunday morning.
Wiltshire Police said the 18-year-old from Trowbridge, was in custody in Melksham.
A spokesman said a 27-year old man from Westbury, who was arrested on Thursday, had been released without charge.
The force asked people not speculate on social media as to who might be responsible.
Det Insp Jim Taylor said: "Speculation on social media could be detrimental to our investigation and could jeopardise any future court proceedings.
"We are also aware that tensions are understandably running high within the local community and amongst Jordan's friends."

Jordan died from stab wounds after he and a friend were attacked in the early hours, near the Trowbridge Community Hospital.
Police have appealed for a man wearing a green Parka-style jacket captured on CCTV to come forward. He is one of four suspects detectives want to trace.
The force also released an image of a bag strap and pad, featuring a Star Wars logo, they believe may have belonged to the suspect.
