A303 by Stonehenge closed as man dies in lorry collision

A pedestrian has died following a collision with a lorry on a major road through the West.
It happened on the A303 near Stonehenge between the A345 and the A360 at about 02:20 GMT.
A 24-year-old man was taken to hospital with a serious head injury and died a short time later.
The road is expected to remain closed for some time while investigations are carried out. The man's next of kin have been informed, Wiltshire Police said.
Anyone who was on the A303 at about the same time is asked to contact police on the 101 number.
Diversions are in place and Highways England said it expected delays throughout the day in the local area.
