A woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man's death in Wiltshire.

Police were called to a property in Thorne Close, Coombe Bissett, near Salisbury, at around 15:00 GMT on Thursday.

The man, who was in his 50s, was declared dead at the scene.

The force said a woman in her 40s was arrested on suspicion of murder and taken into custody for questioning.

A police cordon remains in place at the property while officers investigate and the man's family have been informed of his death.
